A couple of weekends ago the TruePath Technologies Midtown Indoor Triathlon was held at the Midtown Athletic Club in Rochester NY. Partly sponsored by our own ParkAve Bike shop, the event was a total success with over 50 participants tackling the 15 minute swim, 15 minute spin and 15 minute run with all they had.
Our own ParkAve Bike Multisport Team athletes Rick Dalton, Timothy Karch and Tim Dwyer were among the competitors with each having an outstanding performance! Way to kick off the season guys!. A big shout out also to the Moms in Motion team and the Crossfit Gordon Team!
We look forward to many more races this season and to hear what are all of you doing.
